Diananda Choirunisa, also called Nisa, is an Indonesian female archer. She was born in Surabaya on the 16th of March 1997. Nisa started to learn archery when she was seven years old.
She got interested in archery back in her second-grade year. Her father was an Indonesian martial arts athlete, specifically pencak silat. Nisa started getting into sports, and since both of her parents are athletes, they fully support Nisa's passion for sports. Her mother was an archer, so she decided to follow her mother's journey to become an archery athlete.
She has achieved various achievements both national and international. Some of them are as a gold medalist on Sea Games 2013 and 2017 when she was still at the age of twenty years old, also as a Bronze Medalist on Shanghai World Cup 2018. Nisa was also Indonesia's representative for Tokyo Olympiad 2020, and there are still many more achievements she got. These medals are all the result of her hard work in practicing archery. This also shows how the amount of time for someone to practice a specific skill and how they commit to be consistent in practicing it can affect the future they will have with the skill they practiced.
